To ensure ongoing success of Red Rock Noodle Bar we have established well defined selection criteria for our Franchisees. The selection process for franchise opportunities with Red Rock Noodle Bar ensures that you fully understand what will be required of you and that we are confident of your attributes and attitudes to succeed.
The selection process will usually involve a minimum of four meetings where we discuss the Franchise in detail, possible sites, financial requirements and the benefits of a Red Rock Noodle Bar. The selection process will also involve spending an orientation day or evening in one of our outlets to enable you to fully familiarise yourself with what Red Rock Noodle Bar is all about.
Our training program covers both classroom and in-store training. The initial training covers an intensive two week period followed by several days in a Franchised Red Rock Noodle Bar to experience how the training outcomes have been implemented.
A Franchise Support Manager will be available for a total of three weeks support during the pre-launch, soft launch and first four weeks of trading of your new Red Rock Noodle Bar.
