again with five Queensland franchises nominated as finalists for the annual Business
Achiever Awards presented by Quest Community Newspapers.
This is the third consecutive year Red Rock Noodle Bar franchises have been nominated for
the prestigious awards, the nominations representing recognition by customers for excellence
in customer service in the “dining” category.
The Red Rock Noodle Bar nominees include the Springwood, Victory Point, Buranda,
Wynnum and Capalaba franchises, their customers returning time and time again for a truly
unique and healthy Asian-fusion eating experience.
Red Rock Noodle Bar’s achievement in building a highly successful casual dining franchise
business is confirmed by the recurrent success in the Business Achiever Awards. This year
will see Wynnum’s third consecutive finalist nomination after winning the Business Achiever
Award for outstanding customer service in both 2010 and 2011.
Phil Colburn, Managing Director of Red Rock Noodle Bar is delighted about the recognition
and believes it shows the strength of the franchise system.
“It is very exciting to have five stores nominated as finalists. Last year we had three
nominations with Wynnum winning their area. We hope to go one step better this year,” he
“In the sense of the Red Rock Brand it is very satisfying that the customers think highly of
our brand to nominate us for these awards in five different markets across Brisbane. Our
success has been proven by our franchise system.”
The owners of the nominated Red Rock Noodle Bar franchises will attend to the finals in
August where they will compete against other local businesses for the titles of Business
Achiever in Dining, for each of their regions.
The Business Achiever Awards seek to recognise and reward local businesses for excellence
in customer service within the community. Quest Community Newspaper readers are
encouraged to vote for those local businesses who ‘Go the Extra Mile’ to ensure their
customers receive the highest level of services time and time again.
