It is the end of Team Red Rocks’ first week of training. Sweat has flown, glares of disapproval have been thrown at the trainer and bad dietary habits are becoming a thing of the past. Sore muscles have been served up cold by trainer Phil Sooveere as parts of their bodies they didn’t even know they had cry out for mercy J
The first weigh in is scheduled for the 22nd of November, expectations are high, unforseen obstacles will need to be overcome and nutrition plans will need to be followed closely.
