This week Team Red Rock have been a man down! One of the guys is on holidays and is facing a whole new set of challenges of how to train hard, have fun with the family and relax at the same time. If you have ever tried it you’ll know how hard it can be when a routine gets interrupted.
We are happy to report however that our absentee has still been putting in effort as his multimedia messages have proven, great job!
The other half of Team Red Rock has had to put up with the undivided attention of Phil Sooveere the trainer from On The Pulse in each session this week and has done a great job. Jetts Fitness Capalaba has had recent equipment upgrades and new toys with which the personal trainers can inflict new tortures and don’t the boys know it!
3 Days till the next weigh-in….time is ticking, boys stay focussed!
