Christmas is just over the horizon, staff parties and corporate functions abound and temptation is everywhere.
Team Red Rock has been struggling with fatigue from late nights at work, functions and the usual stressors of the silly season, BUT they have always made all training sessions and have given 100%.
Their trainer, Phil Sooveere, has put them through their paces, upped the ante and pushed for harder and faster, and the guys have delivered… most of the time J
It is more important than ever to keep the nutrition on track, the guys have utilised the dry fry methods of cooking at the Red Rock Noodle Bars to keep eating lean and mean even during difficult hours and shifts. Some short comings in the food choices have crept in however as daily time pressures increase. Keep on it team!
10 days till the next weigh-in and we all have high hopes and expectations for it!
