This week we were all hard at work, both in and out of the gym. Often life can try to get in the way of training and health creation and it is during these periods that the hard yards need to be journeyed and the end prize must be at the fore. The initial excitement of training can lose some of its glitter and a sense of routine sets in.
The team at On The Pulse know all too well that this is a dangerous time in anyones’ health creation journey; complacency, changing priorities and old habits can show their ugly head, not to mention the desire to quit can creep in; being over worked, not getting enough rest and slipping with nutrition. These issues are all being experienced by Team Red Rock.
The trick is just keep going, get a support network around you of qualified and positive people and influences and don’t put yourself in a position for failure or temptation!
