(23rd Nov) First Weigh-in
Well the boys from Team Red Rock have succeeded where many others have failed in their weight loss journeys, completing the first 3 weeks of training.
The first weigh-in is always brings with it second thoughts, self doubt, nerves and apprehension regarding the results (for the clients and for the trainer, if they are honest!). The first weigh-in is also a time when we see how the body has coped with the routine changes, nutritional modifications (and lack of compliance) and how successful the client has been with their time management; balancing career, family and personal time. All areas which the staff at On The Pulse specialise in to enable their clients to achieve long term and permanent health creation.
Team Red Rock performed well. Combined weight loss of 3.5kg’s and a combined fat mass loss of 9kg with fantastic gains in muscle mass! So whilst the overall weight loss was low the gains in lean mass and the loss of fat mass are fantastic. Congratulations guys with completing Phase 1 –Conditioning.
