Noodle franchise, Red Rock, is being rewarded for impressive customer service with five Queensland franchises nominated as finalists in the annual Business Achiever Awards.
This is the third consecutive year Red Rock franchises have been nominated for the awards, which are presented by Quest Community Newspapers. It is also the third consecutive finalist nomination for the Wynnum store, which won the Business Achiever Award for outstanding customer service in both 2010 and 2011.
Other stores recognised by customers for excellence in customer service in the ‘dining’ category include Springwood, Victory Point, Buranda and Capalaba.
Phil Colburn, managing director of Red Rock Noodle Bar, said “In the sense of the Red Rock Brand it is very satisfying that the customers think highly of our brand to nominate us for these awards in five different markets across Brisbane. Our success has been proven by our franchise system.”
The owners of the nominated franchises will attend the finals in August where they will compete against other local businesses for the titles of Business Achiever in Dining, for each of their regions.
